Florete
And I didn't reset. Am I a bad person? (Or, was that a mistake?)
thanibomb
I don't think he's that great, anyway. Go ahead and continue; there's always other options for Myrmidons.
Dr. Tarrasque
Continue. The Aritian trio and Catria are the best of the Class A (Sniper/DracoKnight/Paladin/Swordmaster) units so you don't need him.
Ϲharlie
Navarre isn't as good as he used to be. Just keep going.

Dat Nick
She's rape as Peg. Best peg to Draco in the game, actually
Dr. Tarrasque
She's rape as Peg.Best peg to Draco in the game, actually Elaborate. Looking at her averages as a Peg, she doesn't look like a good unit for H5..
Dat Nick
based on her jointime and not being much worse than Catria, i'd say she's definitly better
grandjackal
You could continue, but Navarre will never forgive you for it... He's too pretty to kill off

Florete
What level was Navarre when he died? I'm pretty sure he was level 7. The worst part of this is that he had a Killing edge, but it's no big deal.

Weapons held by a character that ends up dead are sent to the convoy. Dunno if this applies to units lost in the prologue though (then again, who the hell loses a character in the prologue if it isn't on purpose?) Kintenbo
Hmm, my brother didn't even know Navarre was recruitable. His strength is a bit low for my tastes, so I just benched him. Myrmidons and Swordmasters don't seem that appealing in this game.

Rodykitty
True, I cannot even use Raddy in this game. I am think of benching him as well, he has not gained anything but speed. Your Raddy is getting RNG screwed, because he actually has decent Str and other growths for a Swordfighter.
Robert
This entire game is RNG screwing me.
Dr. Tarrasque
The main thing Swordmasters are good for in this game is doubling the lategame manaketes (they have 26 SPD and only Horseman and Swordmaster cap SPD at 30 but good luck getting a Horseman of such SPD). Celice
There's not much reason to bother, when he changed to a generic sword guy. At least he looked somewhat unique in the NES/SNES version...
Rodykitty
There's not much reason to bother, when he changed to a generic sword guy.At least he looked somewhat unique in the NES/SNES version... Navarre is more unique in FEDS. He is a character whose design changed from being another mercenary with armor to having a more Asian garb to separate him from Oguma and Caesar even more.To say that they made him look more generic is dumb. Celice
Red garb and black, long, straight hair. Really now. He became another generic Myrmidon or whatever they're called this time. Pax Romana
I personally use Cain as my swordmaster. He's served me pretty well, especially as a dragon slayer.

Yes, because you know every generic Myrmidon is based on him?Seriously, are you disregarding the fact that he had to share Oguma's in-battle sprite until now? Disregarding that at one point his portrait was essentially Oguma's with longer hair in FE1? Edited February 22, 2009 by Chainey
Celice
Those are technical restraints, however. Are you disregarding that Oguma and Navarre, even in the original artwork, looked different?
