Oliver was for the lulz because I like his battle conversations, and he's the only person who will ever use Rexaura in my books (Lollaura lolrhys lolmicaiah). I have no real reason for Leo other than I used Shinon last time and I hate Rolf. I probably wouldn't use a character if they were ugly, no matter how good their stats were. Knows that I can be picky about Pokemon's abilities and gender occasionally (I think Gardevoir and Roserade's appearance is more feminine).
