Tier lists assume various things (such as efficiency, allocation of stat bosters, etc). Since I don't care for "efficient" play, tier lists are therefore IMO essentially worthless. Even if you AREN'T Playing for efficiancy, there's ALWAYS units that are a clear cut above or below others. NO ONE is going to claim Sophia is better than Raigh, or Rolf is better than Shinon outside Str, even if you aren't playing with efficiency in mind. At the same time, a tier list CAN be made for nonefficient play as well. Saying "TIRES DON EXITS" regarding FE is just wrong, regardless of playstyle. Lowen's just bad in my runs, his Str and Spd are crap. Knows Pent is one of the better prepromotes (still prefer Erk myself, but hey mages).
