There's no way that the extra 7 levels is going to make him not suck, surely? Lolwut. Didn't drop Sothe's knives on purpose on his first run. The enemies in 4E1 are mainly comprised of Generals. Now Sothe uses knives which are the weakest physical weapon type a beorc unit can wield. Also, unlike Volke, Sothe doesn't have a innate 25% crit skill and is at a low level still. So yeah...major suckage. I know, I know...it's not like I support Sothe, dammit! Volke is actually set to kill most things, even if he woulddo low damage, he still has critical and lethality to rely on. I'm just pissed that you're hurting Micaiah while you could hurt someone worse like Leo, hell, even you don't get him far!
