I wouldn't want to practically cripple my unit's AS, and seeing as most dark magic users are slow... That spells trouble. Also, I'd rather use a healer than an inaccurate tome for healing. As for Luna, enemies have next to no resistance in FE7 for the most part, and it was nerfed to the point of uselessness in FE8. Is not Luigi.
