Nel ALMOST can with the 30% boost - she usually gets hit twice at the end, which is certainly survivable... Just not pleasant, since she still takes 8000 MP damage from those two hits with preserve HP... :( Knows that Transformed Ulki is EXTREMELY hard to hit in RD.
