Well in the US/EU FE9's hardmode. .Decent chip damage against enemies (he can at least chip half damage from enemy laguz), can kill or heavily chip wyverns, warriors, and generals. .Decent bases. .Saves EXP Wouldn't want to get sawmilled by Kung Lao. Personally, I'd say some of his bases (especially his speed) are pretty low for his level... But he does well enough against laguz, I suppose. Knows that knives on sages is absolutely pointless.
