That was a reminder not to mistakenly delete it like I did once before. Of course, I don't really need that file anymore, but w/e. I sometimes forget to update my MAL list... And lately MAL has been doing really strange things whenever I try to update it anyway. Yeah, it's been kind of slow/weird for me too. Like, Raven added me the other day and sometimes it would show the pending request, but when I tried to approve it, it would tell me that there is no such request.
