Honestly I'd suggest you to get Thunderus or Zekrom as your main Electric type. Oh that one. Yeah I trained one and it's pretty sweet. Doesn't get harmed by the sandstorm on evolution is swett for route 4. Possibly. That thing is all about HP and offense. Otherwise there's either the spider, who is just as frail as the zebra but gets better moves and a Bug typing. Then there's the eel which had no weaknesses but takes a bit of time to grind.
