Not really. You'd be very surprised as to what Latias can survive. STAB Pursuit is only so strong (when you're not switching out that is).

Even when it's not STABed, like with Scizor or Metagross, it hurts a lot. And she can't beat Steel types without HP Fire, which lowers her Speed.
