Getting them by RNG manipulation-- you can even do it with arena abusing, just doing it over and over. ... You see, that's still not /impossible/. Just very hard. Maxing stats using AR is legit because it's not impossible to do and it saves time. That's not flawless but I guess it works. I've wanted to try it for quite a while already, since I liked the Baldur's Gate series and stuff, but my old PC wasn't good enough to run it (and didn't even have enough free disk space for downloading).
