Which is best though: Bow of the Heavens 1-7 +14 to all FleshStinger 1-6 +15 Dexterity Hit +40% Damage +80% With the latter, I lose a bit of health and mana (-20 for both) Min damage is lowered by 2 points while Maximum damage increases by 1. That +40% Hit is tempting though. Wow, you got the same bow I had. However I'm unsure if it's a good idea to change considering the other is pretty damn good.
