Falaflame > Narga > Holsety > Thorhammer. 30 speed is crucial. Speed is the best stat. Not in the game when SKL is the most important. In the second generation, it's true for chapters 6-7. It's true for all of generation 1. So yeah, normal enemies are more important than bosses. Talking about normal FE4 here, by the way.
