Lv 9 Prevail is some sick shit, had to reload a save several times to score a much needed 45% hit AFTER Focus and that's assuming his 50% counter skill didn't hit me. Blade only has Invincible (damage taken is reduced to 10) which costs 20 SP and I was running on my last cast of Focus. No Strike on Blade either, his spirit set is Focus Invincible Spirit Valor Zeal Soul (2.5x damage) Evil had HP regen btw, so hitting him was a must. No Pegas during the duel and for whatever reason, Blade isn't in the prep screen before the chapter so you'd have to equip that +30% hit part on him earlier.
