Errrr.... no, I think your missing a few things out, I was mentioning to BookofForseti about his reason with the Ced changing that he saids that "he probably thinks they might have probably changed Ced's name to Ced possibly due with FE8's Seth and didn't changed Arthur's name due to Artur didn't appear in FE13" that I am not sure if he noticed about Sumia's and Simia's are almost too similar. But, I was kinda helping out the community. Look here: It can be seen as a reference to Levin/Levn though.
