You seem the best potential person to ask this to, if you don't know, it's no big deal, but, how forgiving/unforgiving is Sen no Kiseki on non-Japanese players? I was thinking I might import it in the future but since I have no knowledge of Japanese, I might have some problems if things are too complex, etc. If you've any idea, maybe let me know? I was thinking I might import it in the future but since I have no knowledge of Japanese, I might have some problems if things are too complex, etc. If you've any idea, maybe let me know?Blazer is playing the game without Japanese knowledge, but he's just started If not for that, I would have recommended asking him Anyway, it goes without saying that you'll miss a lot of the game, but as far as the system goes you should do fine if you know katakana (can't read arts otherwise) Most quests have map markers, so you're unlikely to get lost The kanji for the attack types are shoved on your face all the time, so you'll be used to them soon enough The enemy status screen is mostly graphical too, so you shouldn't have trouble telling their strengths (though somehow memorizing/keeping tabs on what kanji stand for each status ailment will make your life much easier) I remember playing the first three games of the series with negligible Japanese knowledge, so it shouldn't be an issue from a gameplay standpoint Game's generally not hard anyway (in normal mode ofc) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
