"Thanks for the food", etc. "Itada-kare-chaimasu" Conjugation: Kare in that verb makes it passive form. Chau is the very basic form of "completely doing something" or something taking place. So essentially the phrases were basically: "If you insist then, thanks for the 'meal'". "Please enjoy!" ...yeah. "Meal". "Eat". Though again, like I said to TE, I don't even think that even exists as an expression. My mind might be just... being... well... you know.
