There is simply no way a game with a cast as large as any Fire Emblem can ever be truly balanced. I think it would ruin the experience in FE4 if Ardan / Alec / Noish / etc. were as strong as Sigurd, especially since the game is all about a minority who have received holy powers. Balancing them would have no purpose whereas keeping them unbalanced serves the story. In other FE games, I might actually agree more. Wait, did I miss something again?
