You've had Bowser in bigger sizes and in the Super Metroid version he's barely twice Samus' height (if it at all). Adjustments can be made to make him playable. Honestly, they just need add some characters to some of the veteran series instead of having them represented by just 1 when some of the others get characters that are similar in nature but just play differently (Toon Link and Link) for example. Yeah, but in most incarnations he's even bigger than in Super Metroid, and the thing with Bowser is that Mario is a pretty short fella, so he may look bigger by comparison.
