I think they got rushed, unfortunately, and people had unreasonable expectations. That said, I prefer the Happy Ending Mod thing that's been going on. But anyway, it's my only complaint from the whole series, and that's actually something. I didn't mind because, well, that's how Showdown is. But then he started speaking (read: saying not very nice things) in Korean. So I replied in Korean. And he was all, like, surprised. Lol. Actually, even that kinda teases us on it. Since both shows had time skips much longer than the rest of the cast could afford to live through as well without their plots suffering for it, this gets worked around with by having the casts of both series get sealed up in the Dark Continent (a landmass south of Africa) and time begins to flow differently in there until the X years passed and the place gets unsealed. Man, that guy was so a crazy-badass, if a little morally questionable, but piloting the Getter 3 like no one's business even despite his age.
