James Bond
i noticed that much i mean, does it have some different nuance/meaning in greek Oh no not really, pretty much it means half of a sphere , just in case when we want to say north hemisphere the word is βορειο (vorio) ημισφαιριο, and for south it is νοτιο (notio). James Bond
The rough breathing mark before the eta? That typically transliterates to an 'h' before?Oh no, it is literally read as i̱misfaírio Edited May 6, 2014 by James Bond
Aquakat
Oh no, it is literally read as i̱misfaírio Oh, I see! Sorry, most times I saw an eta at the beginning of a word, it was preceded by a rough breath mark. Doubly so if the closest english word started with an 'h'.
