I can punctuate and capitalize if I wanted to Neal, I do it when I'm either serious, or in a writing environment.

"I can punctuate and capitalize if I want to, Neal. I do it when I'm either serious or in a writing environment."

Not "wanted" because the past tense verb clashes with the present tense "can." A comma comes before "Neal" because you're addressing me. The comma that splits the sentence isn't allowed; a semicolon is. The comma before "or" is also wrong because you're not splitting two sentences. Instead, you're creating a fragment.

My point was this: You don't need to point out someone else's grammar, especially if you don't use write syntax yourself writing said correction. It's either A) you sound like a grammar Nazi douche or B) you sound like a hypocritical grammar Nazi douche.

I learned first-hand. :P

Says the person who called me out every time when I had far worse grammar than I used to.

so long as there's no capitalization schutzstaffel

Schutzstaffel? ._______.

What's that? :O

Says the person who called me out every time when I had far worse grammar.

OMG, what kind of avi is that? O_O

Anyway, I don't believe I condescendingly said "Do you even grammar?" to you. :P

Rather, I wanted you to write with just a bit more punctuation, so as to make it more pleasant to read. Which seems to have worked. =33333
