A comma comes before "Neal" because you're addressing me. The comma that splits the sentence isn't allowed; a semicolon is. The comma before "or" is also wrong because you're not splitting two sentences. Instead, you're creating a fragment. My point was this: You don't need to point out someone else's grammar, especially if you don't use write syntax yourself writing said correction. It's either A) you sound like a grammar Nazi douche or B) you sound like a hypocritical grammar Nazi douche.
