I need to play Portal (already have), Bioshock Infinite (should have bought it during Winter Sale), and two other games.

I'll also need to eventually write a paper on a game, sooo... Probably Fire Emblem or something.

Kiseki is too JRPG-y to write about without it turning into a narrative, lol.

What are you whying about?

I used to like game theory, but not much anymore.

It's still entertaining sometimes though I suppose.

Well, everything Ein disagrees with is f'ing stupid.

Nevermind that gamification has been pretty successful in recent years and is much more efficient at teaching than the antiquated systems we still use.

what

There's a video every week.

Oh yeah, Shatterhand.

Also, which emulator do you use to play these, Nightmare?

I dunno, I wonder about having to buy games and all that jazz. I know nearly NOTHING about the gamification of teaching.

Well there's something really wrong then me

I see Marthur generalizing again.

That's rich

It's okay Marthur. You are an expert on everything me after all. Do tell how you know that everything I disagree with is fucking stupid. And I mean everything because you are in no making a grievous generalization after all which is also something I tend to do according to you.

It's pretty interesting honestly.

Relevant :

I wonder if BR will ever get to implementing that on a considerable scale

I watched that, then I went to check the other vids, it felt like I've watched them a year ago.

Remind me how you feel about people liking Fate.

Or how you feel about people liking musicals.

And you still haven't explained why this teacher's methods are "fucking stupid" other than achievements are dumb because "I said so" btw.

oh i see now

He thought I was saying that gamification, using vidya games to teach stuff, is stupid. No idea why or how this is the internet and text only conversations are rather grand.

Which it isn't if applied well/effectively considering how fucking stupid teaching methods can be. I issue with it is that the instructor is using achievements/trophies as a means of grading the students when achievements are simply a "hooray you did a thing you were supposed to do or grinded out".
