Because in pokemon, they deliberately make them adorable. I wasn't able to finish Legend of Zelda: Twilight princess, because of how realistic those spiders were. Heck, I wasn't able to get past dungeon one. Sadly, I wasn't afraid of spiders at first, but by age six, I was in this cabin I woke up, and saw this nest of spiders as I opened my eyes.
