It's like Yu-Gi-Oh! except they're following the rules. And its' terribleness makes it pretty funny. Also, short skirts? k. Low angle shots? Uhh... k? It's obvious that they aren't wearing panties? Uhh... what. So yeah, I'll go ahead and recommend it. (the anime because books are stupid) If you can make it to the tournament arc then it shouldn't be too hard to watch from that point on. Holy shit though. The tournament arc is amazing. It hasn't ended yet though. It's a pretty amazing tournament arc. Except one girl does have a mahjong geass. Which is part of what makes the tournament arc amazing. It's like every normal high school girl in Japan who plays mahjong has some super power that enhances their ability to play mahjong and it is hilariously retarded and amazing.
