She's matured, definitely, but just as I think she's finally matured into what could be the equivalent of an adult, she surprises me with acting more childish than ever. I noticed that. O_o For example "I asked if I could touch her breasts, and she said no. How I wanted to kiss her! And I did!... I look at female art and am set ablaze at their beauty and splendor!... Oh how I wish I had a girlfriend!" And on the flipside, "Peter is my one and only... I realize now that I want a boyfriend more than anything!" You can tell she's still a child mentally when she still cares about the little things. Example: The cat. Aww...
