Rockets being quite slow, they're pretty damn easy to dodge or even reflect. Sure, he's alright at close range, but don't die of combined splash damage and enemy damage. Rodykitty Posted October 11, 2009 Share Posted October 11, 2009 Most TF2 classes are easy to learn. Pyro, Soldier, Medic, Engineer, and Heavy. This is a non-debate since a decent portion of the cast is easy to learn. It's just that the Pyro doesn't have as much of a learning curve or teamwork requirement, or even aim requirement to obtain results. Problem is that Pyro has no skill ceiling, and any "advanced" strategy for Pyro can only be developed so far and some are transferrable to better classes. Leaving a teammate with low health is a pretty bad idea. Who to uber: that's something they can learn with voice chat. You don't see that many Medics using their Ubers on Spies, Snipers or Engies, do you? Most TF2 classes are easy to learn. Pyro, Soldier, Medic, Engineer, and Heavy. Problem is that Pyro has no skill ceiling, and any "advanced" strategy for Pyro can only be developed so far and some are transferrable to better classes. Well the Pyro does have a few unique quirks, namely the air blast which can be extremely useful in separating uber pairs and reflecting crap back at people.
