I'm not expert but I've made a few like BB's avatar where he had a laughing joker I see, I was wondering how do you replace a character or person's face if the frame is like 150 images long? Or if possible a way to lower how much frame you use in a gif? You asked who's adept at making GIFS, not editing them. There should be a program or site that lets you split the GIF into individual pics of all its frames. All you'd have to do is remove whichever frames you deem worthless and turn them into an animated GIF again. I'd google GIF splitter or something. Hmm alright thanks.
