Red meat is supposedly good for protecting against the liver one thanks to its carnitine. This said I know you're pretty damn picky with your foods and drinks. By episode 1 and 2 do you mean the entire first season premiere and the other normal episode or just the premiere? I didn't think it was THAT good. I mean, sure it was a good breath of fresh air that we needed, but I didn't buy the Lydia thing. It was too egged on. Maybe it's because House was in a vulnerable state, but still.
