You still haven't fixed the pillow shading, but I haven't exactly told you how... TBH, I can only spot the problem right now, not fix it. But I'll point out two things here. The right side of his face. No shading whatsoever, other than the bottom right edge. And the edge has more pillow shading as well. The neck. I'm glad you put... Something... There. But that thing just stops. It looks sort of Professor's Malignant Growth except it's coming from his chest. You're going to have to fill in that top right shading in the neck space, somehow.
