Also I now have 23 hours left to complete it. ._. Space Adventure Cobra has a Space Pirate. It is quite awesome. You could do one like in Vinland Saga, with the pirates having a European look. Ninjas can turn an enemy's attack on themselves just by looking at them. Basilisk is pretty badass in its own right. Naruto doesn't exist. PS: Long range is the pirate's schtick to begin with.
