Most manga have text outside of bubbles that goes over the actual art itself as well. It takes a little more than a scanner and translating skills to scanlate those chunks. Which is what I had just stated. :D You're gonna need Photoshop or something to get those little parts to looks nice. Which is why I'll never bother to scanlate.
