That's the case for all laptops, the graphics card that comes with your laptop is the only graphics card it will ever have. It is very difficult to replace a laptop graphics card. Typhlosion cannot get Flamethrower until Level 42, which makes Fire Blast the superior option SpA wise unless you like to hurt things with Ember all day long. It has low PP and it's accuracy isn't the best, but it gives Cyndaquil the "nuke shit" option. I remember back in the day when you were stuck with Ember until level 31 for Flame Wheel, then Fire Punch at the evolution. Flamethrower was at level 60 back then... I switched the Rom but kept the save, which worked, except that the Pokémons I had already captured kept their French names.
