Yeah somethings you have to do the spells yourself and turn off a few. Also, Mint's AI sucks, you'll definitely want to turn off some of her spells. I'm not new to Tales of games. I know to just let the healer sit back with only Heal and possibly Photon on. Sylphs is a low TP, high reward spell at this point, though, so I might as well let him be retarded instead of dead-weight. Same with Arche.
