It's so true, too. The funniest thing is, whenever I try to attack with, oh, 80% hit or so, I always think "I'm going to miss." Take a wild guess what happens. Basically wild Pokemon always have the 4 last moves it's supposed to know naturally, in order from the oldest to the most recent. I guess a Heart Scale would be useful if you really want Hypnosis. I am certain that, quite honestly, the only times it has activated is when I already have a 100% chance of killing the target on the first strike anyways. That reminds me... Zihark equips iron sword Tiger hits Zihark for 20 something damage Zihark uses resolve, adept, crits the tiger three time and kills it. Zihark uses resolve Tiger 2 misses Zihark Zihark uses adept, and crits the tiger three time and kills it Zihark uses resolve Tiger 3 misses Zihark Zihark uses adept and doesn't kill the tiger but activated adept again and crit kills the tiger. I know how wild pokémon moves work, alright. Useless lv12 Curse overwrote it. And since I can't easily access the underground (Platinum's requires so Wi-fi functionality No$GBA doesn't support; Desmune runs at half speed in my PC), I don't think I'm going to have many (if any) heart scales at my disposal. I'm sure you're going to like it, especially on the harder modes (Easy, Normal, Hard, Nightmare and Inferno I think, with only the first two unlocked at first though). Funny you say that cause when I use Aran against an archer in the balcony who had 44% hit and 1% crit and I thought he might miss and get critted by the archer,next thing that happens he got critted and died. Tiger 4 kills Zihark ..! No way. Same thing happened to me. It was on the boat level, can't remember the chapter number. I sat him on one of the planks just so only one Myrmidon could hit him at once. First, critical. Second, Adept/critical, third, critical, fourth, he gets criticaled (5% or something), dead.
