However, at least one of the sides has fulfilled their victory conditions. So it cannot be a tie. Tie: to make the same score as; equal in a contest. Basically what I interpreted it as. Either way, both parties won, the argument's based on different interpretations of the 2 word. I did already acknowledge Marthur's victory anyway.
