(gundam and outlaw star excluded, opps forgot about trigun, but that was just stupidly funny) The only restrictions are no hentai and no yuri/yaoi (shounen-ai is fine though)...at least from what I can think of right now. I'd recommend Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto (Historical + fantasy elements) if it didn't go downhill starting episode 13. It has awesome artstyle, animation and camera angles, and an awesome opening as well. Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran if you want a comedy. It's old and not so good overall, but at least manages to be entertaining from what I remember (though I don't exactly remember well things I watched years ago). So that's 28. +2 for A Rank is 30. +1 for WTA is 31. I'd need +1 to Silver Lance to OHKO I think. I remember I just OHKOed Thieves with Sirius since he proc'd Str and bashed with both +Str orbs.
