But there's another prepromote I use more than Duessel only because I find him attractive. *shot* Well, you kinda listed your top 10 in your profile. And no. Although he's up there. Almost, but not quite. Theres a few characters I like more than him, but Franz is close. Another hint: You'll have to talk to him with someone to recruit him. It's just once I ended up with 18 Res with him (OMGBLESSAGE) and his normal Res isn't bad for physical units.
