Dat Nick
16 Jake got 16~ EXP for attacking a 10 cav and 35~ for killing it. Marth's barely getting 10 from killing the same enemies at the same level, and Jake's EXP gain has been kinda nuts throughout his whole career...and nobody's mentioned it yet, but I am VERY convinced that Shooters get an EXP bonus. Yeah shooters have an exp bonus. (I think Shooters killing a promoted unit usually may equal a level up)
Dr. Tarrasque
They probably do, like with Valkyries and Bishops in FE6, allied units of that class get more EXP when attacking and killing enemies while enemy units of that class give out less EXP than others. VincentASM
Like Sirius mentioned, they should do in theory. I've already noticed Shooters and Priests (not sure about any other classes) awarding less EXP when they're killed, so the reverse should be true if they're the ones doing the killing.
