Liz
I'll give this a go. I can only see myself with a Psychic or Steel type team. My steel-type team: Lucario Metagross Magnezone Empoleon Steelix Scizor

Colonel M
Meh, who cares? Water-type Gym v1: - Swampert - Kingdra - Lanturn - Gyarados - Starmie - Sharpedo The last option is weird, but one thing I'd hate is being walled by a Blissey. Aside from that... the other options would be either Tentacruel or Vaporeon. Ludicolo, I guess, who might work a bit better than the seashark. Water-type Gym v2: - Kingdra - Starmie - Lanturn - Kabutops - Ludicolo - Qwilfish Yeah, Rain Dance team. These are always devestating anyway so... why not? Dark Type Gym LeaderHoundoom Honchcrow Absol Drapion Weavil Sharpedo Where is best Dark-type Tyranitar? Candlejack
Type would be Fighting-focused, since that is the best class for advantages and weaknesses: a 5/2 ratio. Machamp (No Guard and Dynamic Punch = RAEP) Primeape (My glass cannon. Second highest Speed is cool stuff.) Medicham (Massive attack, higher than MACHAMP's) Lucario (My special attacker.) Hariyama (Either Thick Fat or Guts is helpful, and massive HP and Attack stats are nice too.) And I'm pretty sure all Elite Four guys have five Pokemon maximum, except the Champion. Same with Gym LEaders, except they have three or four. Regardless: Heracross (He's just awesome.)
Roxas
Furry Gym Leader- NESTLING! Arcanine (The closest we have to Volug anyway :|) Lucario Both are Lv. 100 and tortured to no end by an insane 14-year old boy. The first one could theoretically work with any Pokemon that knew Metronome, and I guess the second could work with any Pokemon that knew Transform.
