As for finals, I'm guessing it's gonna be Germany vs Spain but it would be nice to see Netherlands win the World Cup for a change, since they went really far loads of times and never made it. Also, For those with European, North American, and Australian Gen IV games, a Jirachi is currently downloadable over Wi-Fi, from June 26 to July 16! It comes in a Cherish Ball with a Liechi Berry at level 5, and knows the moves Wish, Confusion, Rest, and Draco Meteor. When transferred to HeartGold or SoulSilver Version, it unlocks the Night Sky's Edge PokéWalker route. lolconfusion, Draco Meteor is epic, and why on Weyard would someone want both Wish AND Rest?
