We should fix his & Oujay's caps a bit, just look at nobles in FE, they don't THOSE huge caps. An emperor is usually less Spd-based and has lower Res. Ether Posted December 21, 2009 Share Posted December 21, 2009 55% chance of negating a single attack.That's not nearly as bad as anyone with prayer,or you with your like 62% chance of blicking anything that you hit. Besides,there aren't any other skills i would find useful,besides Cancel,but that has an even higher activation rate. Unless you want to give me Vigilance,but I doubt that highly.
