VincentASM
Known as simply "Estpolis" instead of its usual title "Estpolis Denki". The game will be developed by the original staff and will be published by Square Enix. Details of the game will be available in the next issue of Famitsu (19th November). For now, you can find an image of the game logo and artwork of Doom Island on Famitsu's site. Not sure what format the game will be on though. Ike-Mike
Judging by the artwork and how it's the jRPG system of this gen I'd say that this will be for the DS. Either way this warrants a "Holy crap, they're bringing it back!".
Cybuster
Hopefully they'll do proper one instead of a Gaiden story like Ruins of Lore was. But in any case KICKASS!
Ein
Holy... It looks like it will be for the DS which makes me happy.
VincentASM
Famitsu scans are up. You can find them here. Details: Releases on February 25th Game is an Action RPG Uses 3D Polygons Producer is Hajime Kojima Includes voice acting The game is apparently a pseudo-remake of Lufia II. It features the same cast of characters, Maxim, Selen(a), etc. However, the characters and setting are slightly different, and there's a larger focus on the "Wave Motion Device" (I'm not entirely sure what this is, since the scans are too small). There's some artwork of Maxim fighting Gadess, Selena and some others. Edited November 18, 2009 by VincentASM
Ein
An action RPG? Well I'll still get it if it ever gets released in the states. I should really finish the first Lufia though...
Rei Rei
Pseudo remake of Lufia 2, eh? Battle against Gades is awesome by default, let's see how it would be in an ARPG style.

VincentASM
I seem to recall the game scoring 30/40 in Famitsu, is that right? Seems a little lower than I was expecting, but I'll still be getting the game (assuming it gets released in English). Also, you can now sample the OST. Time to go preorder this baby...
