Krad Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 (edited) Leave Rutger and or Dieck to take care of the bandits. Use Miledy/Thany/Tate to ferry units, and fight some units here and there. Give a Torch Staff to Cecilia, she won't be able to do much more in this chapter. If you trained Chad, use him + Asthol. If not, Asthol + Cath. Mages are awesome in this chapter. Except Sophia. Hero Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 (edited) Keep your units together and make sure that characters like Sophia are only open to attack from one angle if you can't keep them blocked entirely. This will help against enemies rushing at you in great numbers and/or from behind the sandstorm. You pretty much have to split your force into two groups to be efficient in this chapter, but don't give into the temptation of dividing yourself further because there are a lot of reinforcements and the enemies get dense. Rescue the characters with the lowest move if they're not doing anything. Don't miss any of the items. They're all important except maybe the talisman. I trust you already know about the map with the item locations on this site. Also everything Krad said is good.
