question re: skill activation

when it says user's level % does it mean the 20 + user's promoted level or just the user's promoted level? e.g. level 1 wyvern knight's pierce activation = 1% or 21%?

I'd say 21%, but then again, I haven't hacked the game and I can't find information stating otherwise. It'd make logical sense.

I'm inclined to say it would only be 1%. Based on my own experience, pierce doesn't activate nearly often enough for it to be 20+user's level. 20+user's level doesn't even make sense because it doesn't take early promotions into account.

well in that case it could be whatever level you promoted at. but the experience calculation uses 20 even if you promoted early, so i don't see why the skill calc couldn't also.

i should've asked this at the same time, but for great shield, which is based on the enemy's level, is it 20 + enemy's level if the enemy is promoted? it would be somewhat odd if it wasn't 20 + enemy's level.
