Sartek Posted March 26, 2011 Share Posted March 26, 2011 A long time ago I saw a topic where someone asked how we could make the "take" command bound to Sigurd and Celice instead of their classes (I think he wanted to make Sigurd a mage knight or something like this). It was possible by editing the rom with a hex editor and changing some bytes. Fooling around with the nightmare editor, I saw that even though I made Lana a princess (for exemple) she couldn't inherit swordskills, yet Lakche, hacked to be a mage is perfectly able to inherit them. So I'm guessing that those skills' inheritance is locked to the sword twins, Patty and Leen. So, my question is: Is it possible to edit the rom (with a hex editor like the take command I talked about) to make it so that some chars (but not all) can inherit Luna/Astra/Sol? I'd like to make Lana, Delmud and Nanna able to have them (with the original 4) yet if I could at least change Leen in favor of Nanna it'd be nice.
