TheEnd Posted June 11, 2011 Share Posted June 11, 2011 I think I remember somebody mentioning it had to do with the number of tacticians he has (August and Dorias). Leaf starts out with zero stars, gains one when August joins, gains a second one when Dorias joins, and reverts back to only one when Dorias dies.
