Speaking of Ninja I'll retire/power up her too and iunno if I should keep the Buccaneer subclass for Pincushion or go Gladiator for some more damage potential. Monk provides some decent passive stuff to defend against ailments and binds for Hoplites. Ninja's like Zodiac and Buccaneer. Eagle Eye mostly from Buccaneer and they make use of Dark Ether on non-Warrior Might party builds and Etheric Charge for boosted elemental bursts. I've been playing EO4 too long, EO3's subclass system seems rough iunno why when it shouldn't. Also everything feels closed in on EO3.
