You're telling me - I generally forget that axes even exist in FE6 because their hit rates are so bad (65 hit on the most accurate non-legendary axe? Ouch). Aren't throne bonuses and the like worse in fe5? It doesn't matter, FE6 still has bosses that are a complete PITA to deal with because of it. The same logic applies to Focus, Tantivy, Vengeance and Vantage for me. Doesn't help that the former two only work when you have no allies nearby (and are thus more useful for the enemy) and the boost isn't even worth it, and the latter two require you to be damaged to a point that'd make me uncomfortable.
