It went from that to essentially being a wasted skill slot in Awakening, because for one, the effect's noifed to only 5%, which isn't enough to make any real difference, and second, bad distribution (only on two units, one of who joins in the middle of the game). Which just makes me wonder "Why do the people who think that it's worth blowing one of Chrom and Lucina's skill slots on this skill defend this again?"
